Here's what people are saying about The Laziest Vegans in the World Cookbook:

"Who knew you could microwave a burrito? This book will change your life!" -Isa Chandra Moskowitz, author of Vegan With A Vengeance

"John seamlessly transforms vegan convenience foods into pseudo-gourmet fare that will fool even the most staunch advocate of healthy, whole foods cooking. I had the pleasure of sampling the Amy's Roasted Vegetable Pizza with Frank's Red Hot made artfully by the man himself and can wholeheartedly recommend John's take on the lazy culinary lifestyle. Every vegan and their microwave needs this companion book of genius. Swoon." -Kelly Peloza, author of The Vegan Cookie Connoisseur

"What is this shit?" -Bobby Flay, world famous chef and television personality

  4. HAHAHAHAHAHA! I was about to go on a rant about how you're making the rest of us lazy vegans look bad... but touche, my friend... touche.

I would've purchased this book for the Tings burger recipe alone!

  5. This is a worthy enterprise, but I fear you may be risking being branded as elitist in your assumption that all lazy vegans have access to microwaves. Personally, I've been looking for a good recipe for heating an Amy's burrito over a Bic lighter; I think that's something many in our community have been waiting for!

  6. You know you can make things out of those foods... Before I was vegan and knew how to cook, I sometimes got pretty creative with my ramen...

  7. Great post! So glad I became vegan almost 20 years ago and I've raised my 18 and 15 year old vegan.
