The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Ginny Messina

Ginny Messina is a registered dietitian and is the creator of the website, The Vegan R.D., where she talks about Veganism and how it relates to your health. She is also an author, co-authoring the books Vegan For Life, Vegan For Her and Never Too Late To Go Vegan. I've followed her on Twitter for a while and I like that's she very informative and knows her stuff but still knows how to party. Also, Ginny is a cat lover and volunteers at her local animal shelter and is involved in feral/spay/neutering programs.

So I've always been curious about what kind of Vegan goodies Ginny likes. And now we finally get to know!

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
I just tried the Gardein sliders (chicken variety) and they are pretty great. But my favorite vegan meat is actually a sausage product—Field Roast Apple and Sage Sausage.

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
Tofurky Chik’n Pot Pies. Comfort food at its best!

What is your favorite ice cream?
I’ve been a Tofutti Cutie fan for a long time and I especially love the mint chocolate chip variety. I like that they are mini ice cream sandwiches, so I can have one for a treat without too much guilt. And they are really good!

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Stacy’s Simply Naked Pita Chips. Talk about hyper-palatability. I can’t have them around but buy them once or twice a year for parties.

What is your favorite cereal?
I’ve never been a fan of cold cereals, although I occasionally eat them as a snack—never for breakfast. I do eat rolled oats in soy yogurt every day, so guess that’s my current favorite.

What is your favorite candy?
Go Max Go brand Mahalo bars. A decadent, but compassionate alternative to Almond Joy.

What is your favorite cookie?
I love the accidently-vegan Maple Leaf Cookies from Trader Joe’s.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Tasty Bite brand Chunky Chickpeas (I buy them at Costco); Trader Joe’s Rice Medley, made with brown rice, red rice, and black barley, and cooks up in 3 minutes in the microwave; Peanut Butter and Company’s Dark Chocolate Dreams.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
It’s been wonderful to see the selection of vegan cheeses growing and improving, through both commercial products and great recipes. But we still don’t have a good vegan brie. I can’t say I actually ate brie that much in my pre-vegan days, so it’s not as though I especially miss it. But it would be great to serve one up for omnivores at a party.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
My local food co-op has a reasonable selection of vegan foods even though their philosophy tends toward the “happy meat” perspective. I also find good vegan choices at the local Safeway and at Costco and Trader Joe’s. For harder to find items, I am very grateful for online vegan stores like Pangea and Vegan Essentials.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Ginny!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Danielle Konya

Danielle Konya is the founder and owner of Pennsylvania-based baked-goods empire, Vegan Treats. Founded in 1998 and located in Bethlehem (cue Billy Joel's Allentown), Vegan Treats is one of the top Vegan bakeries in the world. From cookies, cakes, cupcakes, doughnuts, rolls, CANNOLI, pies, cheesecake and recently, ice cream, Vegan Treats does it all. Danielle loves animals, (especially great apes like orangutans, gorillas and chimpanzees!) and has dedicated her life to help people switch to a Vegan lifestyle. There's no better way than to make amazing Vegan desserts!

One of the first times I went to New York, I had a Vegan Treats Red Velvet Cake from Atlas Cafe and thought it was amazing! Ever since then, I've always been on the lookout for anything from Vegan Treats. Unfortunately, Omaha is out reach for most things (except for the Vegan Cannoli that can be shipped right to your house for Thanksgiving!!!) so I have to live vicariously through the Vegan Treats Facebook page. Now, the question that everyone wants to know is, what kinda of pre-packaged cookie does Danielle like?

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
I REALLY like Gardein Sliders. I bring those to the bakery for a fast lunch on occasion! Now they came out with new “chicken” ones, mmmm…. SO GOOD!

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
Tofutti Pizza Pizazz. I’ve been enjoying these on occasion for over a decade.

What is your favorite ice cream?
So Delicious Turtle Trails! Caramel and chocolate, need I say more.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Baked Ruffles, I’m addicted. What’s up with the new, small bags?

What is your favorite cereal?
I will eat one cereal for six months straight before moving on to a new cereal (for another six months). Right now, it’s 365 Frosted Wheat Squares. They’re delicious! In another month or so I’ll have to pick a new one, I guess. haha.

What is your favorite candy?
Thumbs Up (vegan Butterfinger bar) by Go Max Go Foods. I love all of their candy bars. They’re also my favorite airplane and movie snack.

What is your favorite cookie?
Uncle Eddies. It’s a toss up between Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip. It’s such a rare occasion that I find them, though. The scarcity makes them taste even better!

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Obsessive Confection Disorder Caramels! Wow, so good. If you haven’t tried them yet, you absolutely need to. I had those sea salt caramels in my pocket while trekking for orangutans in Indonesia, that’s how much I like them. Baked Ruffles, I wasn’t kidding when I said I was addicted. Australian vegan nougat made by the Australian Nougat Company. I think you can buy it on Vegan Essentials- you need some!

Name a product you would like Veganized?
The child in me really wants Lucky Charms! Those fruity freeze-dried marshmallows are a fond memory of my childhood and I crave them every time I’m looking for my new favorite cereal.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products? PangeaObsessive Confection Disorder and Vegan Essentials.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Danielle!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Isa Chandra Moskowitz

Isa Chandra Moskowitz is the creator of the Post Punk Kitchen and author of countless Vegan cookbooks. In about a  month, her new book Isa Does It will be released. Most of you know that I'm Isa's friend and I've had the pleasure of taste testing most of the recipes from Isa Does It. Let me tell you that this is her best book to date, hands down. If you are into cooking, this is the book to own. Lots of the recipes are even easy enough for a lazy vegan like me!

I can also reveal that creating The Laziest Vegans in the World blog was a way of impressing Isa. Whether that's worked or not is open to interpretation. But, I can vouch for this list, it is 100% accurate. So, what kind of cookies does Isa really like?

What is your favorite store bought veggie burger?
I like those fake chicken patties, like Cluckphrey's. With sweet pickles, please.

What is your favorite frozen dinner?
If it weren't for Amy's Frozen Burritos I'd be dead.

What is your favorite ice cream?
Those super old school Rice Dream Nutty Bars and Mint Chocolate Sandwiches.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Completely addicted to Kettle Bakes Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips.

What is your favorite cereal?
I like to have a lot of cereals around, like Seinfeld. I don't eat them for breakfast, more for dessert. Let's say right now it's Arrowhead Mills Sweetened Shredded Wheat.

What is your favorite candy?
Caramels from Obsessive Confection Disorder. I really love the seasonal flavors, like apple cider caramels in the fall, or lavender in spring. But you can't go wrong with any of them.

What is your favorite cookie?
Is there another cookie besides Uncle Eddie's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip?

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
How about I take all condiments so that any items I scavenge will be delicious? Sriracha, Reduced Fat Olive Oil Flax Vegenaise, and Wildwood Soy Creamer for my morning salt water coffee.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
I think that every vegan baker in the world is crying out for some peanut butter chips to bake with. Tropical Source used to make PB chips and chocolate mint chips and they cruelly stopped producing them over a decade ago, but my heart still yearns. I'd also love a widely available cultured nut-based cheese. Especially a melty one. Oh, and I wish for the soy yogurt famine to end. Sorry, I have a lot of wants.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
My local Asian market is pretty great for really fresh produce, sauces and cool rice paper things. And I have to give props to regional chain, Natural Grocers, because when I fill stuff out on their customer request forms, they actually listen.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Isa!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Ms. Cupcake

Earlier this year, Isa and I fulfilled our life long dreams of traveling to London, England. We painted the town Vegan and met some really cool people! One of the coolest people we met across the pond was Mellissa Morgan, aka Ms. Cupcake. Mellissa is the creator of the Ms. Cupcake Vegan cupcake shop, which is London's first entirely Vegan bakery!

Ever since I saw Quarrygirl's YouTube video spotlighting Ms. Cupcake, I knew I had to meet her. If you won't be making your way to London anytime soon, check out the recently released Ms. Cupcake: The Naughtiest Cupcakes in Town! Cookbook. It's a gorgeous big hardcover book with tons of scrumptious cupcakes. Mellissa was born in Canada, so she knows what's good on both sides of the Atlantic. Obviously, Ms. Cupcake is gaga over cupcakes, but what is her favorite candy?

What is your favorite veggie burger?
In the UK we have a brand called ‘Redwood Foods’ and their Quarter Pounder burgers are brilliant!

What is your favorite frozen dinner?
I adore Amy’s Dairy Free Rice Macaroni & Cheeze. It reminds me of childhood when I would beg my Mom for Mac and Cheese. I’m proud to say that I always slather it with ketchup for a proper trip down memory lane!

What is your favorite ice cream? Purely Decadent PEANUT BUTTER ZIG ZAG from the So Delicious brand. We can’t get it in the UK, but it’s the first thing I pick up when I go and visit my family in Toronto!

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
I’m a pretzel girl – LOVE pretzels. And Pringles. In the UK they mark the flavours that are vegan as ‘vegan’ which I love.

What is your favorite cereal?
I love the Dorset Cereal range of mueslis – the nuttier the better!

What is your favorite candy?
Summer Peaches from the Goody Good Stuff range. I could eat bag after bag. I’m also a big Go Max Go bars fan.

What is your favorite cookie?
I’m seriously jealous of the Trader Joe’s range you guys have in the USA – some pretty awesome cookies to be found there! I’m a huge fan of Speculoos cookies – we have a brand called Lotus over here which are awesome (I think they are called Biscoff in the US?)

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Vegusto Piquant Cheese (best vegan cheese – EVER), Jokerz bars, and Fry’s Family Chicken Style Strips – very versatile.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
Twix bars and Kit Kats.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
My shop is a great place to shop :) We have a few Whole Foods markets in London which are great to pick up supper. For online we use VeganStore.co.uk and GoodnessDirect.co.uk.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Ms. Cupcake!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Angela Gossow

I've always been a metalhead at heart. You know, that kid you made fun of in 1993 for wearing an Iron Maiden t-shirt in high school? Yeah, that was me. One of my favorite groups at the time was Carcass. I thought it was cool that they used gross/disturbing imagery and lyrics, yet they were self professed Vegetarians. Well, Carcass disbanded a couple years later and I was pretty bummed.

Fast forward to the early 2000's. One of Carcass's former guitarists, Michael Amott, was looking for a new singer for his band, Arch Enemy. Angela Gossow stepped into the role and helped create the classic album Wages of Sin. From that album on, I've been a huge Arch Enemy fan. I finally got to see them live a couple years ago in Denver and they blew the stage away! On their last album, Khaos Legions, Angela penned a song about animal experiments and torture called Cruelty Without Beauty. It has a great message and it's a wicked tune. But what I really wanna know is what kind of cookies does Angela like?

What is your favorite store bought veggie burger?
I don’t eat veggie burgers. Too industrialized and over processed. I don’t eat any soy products to begin with.. Soy disrupts the natural hormone balance in the body due to its high content of soy-isoflavonoides which are natural estrogen triggers.

What is your favorite frozen dinner?
I love frozen veggies on tour. Easy to heat up and with a few spices you got a healthy, lean dinner.

What is your favorite ice cream?
I don’t eat ice cream as its either made from milk or soy milk and got a lot of sugar in it.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
I love the veggie chips made from beetroot, parsnip, yakon, etc.. and plain kettle cooked potato chips. Only in small quantities though as chips have a crazy amount of fat!

What is your favorite cereal?
Plain oat meal. I add pumpkin seeds, raisins and a fresh cut apple to it.. and a dash of cinnamon - total comfort food! Great when you are stoned, haha.

What is your favorite candy?
I don’t eat candy.. If any, 80%-90% dark chocolate with no sugar added. Best are raw cocoa nibs.

What is your favorite cookie?
I only eat self-baked space cookies, haha.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
There, I'd go for high calorie food items in case I get stranded on that island.. I am hoping the island got plenty of wild growing fruits, roots and veggies! I'd bring Nuts, oatmeal and dark chocolate.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
I am not really into processed and artificially created foods. I eat 90% of my food in the raw, untreated state. I think there is already enough food creations out there.. too many actually. People forget how great a simple apple tastes or a mango or grapes. Nature is the best cook! The more natural, the better for the body and for the environment.. The more manufacturing processes a product has to run through, the bigger its CO2 footprint! And we really need to reduce carbon emissions - so start with the food you eat!

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
I love Whole Foods Market.. A fantastic choice of fresh produce plus a fantastic salad bar. A real treat on tour!

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Angela!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Vegan Lazy Smurf

Back before I started I started my blog in 2010, I noticed there was someone around the internets calling themselves Vegan Lazy Smurf. I thought it was really cute because a.) I like the Smurfs and b.) Vegans aren't exactly known for having a sense of humor (self-deprecating humor anyway). So I feel like Lazy Smurf (and to a degree, Whoa Wren) had a part in making me feel comfortable in my Vegan laziness. What you need to know about VLS is that she blogs about travel, her recipes and the great city of Austin, Texas. I recently visited Austin and used her definitive Austin Vegan Guide to make my way around the city. When not blogging, you can find Vegan Lazy Smurf on Twitter, loving Star Trek and dreaming of Hawaii. But I think what you really want to know is what three pre-packaged food items she is going to want when you two are trapped on a desert island, right?

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
My favorite frozen burger is from an Austin company that used to be a food truck but now sells their frozen hemp burgers and sausages. It's called Good Seed Organic and they are passionately against using GMO ingredients and making sure everything is organic. And their burgers are absolutely delicious. Without a doubt my favorite non-prepackaged veggie burger in the world is at Arlo's trailer here in Austin, they have the best bacon cheeseburger I have ever had and my non-vegan friends seem to be just as stoked about them as my vegan friends. Well maybe not just as stoked but they really like them!

What is your favorite frozen dinner?
I totally had to look at your Pinterest because I couldn't think of any but yeah there is a lot! I think I'd have to go with the Rising Moon Stuffed Raviolis.

What is your favorite ice cream?
Whichever one is currently in my freezer. Usually the So Delicious with Coconut Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl. They also win for longest name of an ice cream in the history of our world. I like Nadamoo and Tempt too. My all time love, though, is Sweet Ritual in Austin, they have this Not-Tella milkshake there that'll kill you.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Any kind of tortilla chips with Food For Lover's queso.

What is your favorite cereal?
Fake Rice Krispies! I mean Cripsy Brown Rice Cereal. I especially like the Erewhon brand.

What is your favorite candy?
Anything chocolate. I love the Chocolove Dark Almonds with Sea Salt so much.

What is your favorite cookie?
Celeste's Best Chocolate Chip!

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Big Green Pimento Stuffed Olives, like the kind you put in martini's. It's either olives or a suicide pill for me. After that, I would need some kind of chocolate ice cream and maybe some Grandma's Hummus so I wouldn't starve.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
I can hardly think of anything that hasn't been veganized, I bought some vegan chicharrones yesterday! I love kit kat bars, I know there are vegan alternatives but it'd be nice to walk into any store in the country and buy one.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
Rabbit Food Grocery is our fantastic new all vegan grocery in Austin. They keep expending into further realms of awesomeness. I also love Wheatsville co-op here in Austin, their popcorn tofu, frito pie, Red Rabbit Donuts, and greasy mac and cheese make sure I will never waste away.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Vegan Lazy Smurf!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Elizabeth Castoria

This month, I'm going to the streets of San Francisco (not really, I wish!) to ask VegNews Managing Editor Elizabeth Castoria what her favorite Vegan convenience foods are. You probably recognize Elizabeth from the front pages of your VegNews, where she writes the Editor's Note every issue. When she isn't busy editing the magazine, Elizabeth is blogging from Cafe VegNews where she reports and takes pics of  her lunch (along with the rest of the VegNews staff). So her love of  food is well publicized, but do you know what her favorite ice cream is?

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
I'm not a big burger eater, but the Gardein Ultimate Beefless Burger is pretty danged great.

What is your favorite frozen dinner?
Amy's Indian Spinach Tofu Wrap is ridiculous.

What is your favorite ice cream?
A) It's really awesome that there are enough phenomenal vegan ice creams for this to be a hard question—we no longer have to resort to Mocha Mix!
B) Shoot, it's a really hard question! Coconut Bliss Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge. Bam.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
It's a tie between Beanfields Nacho Bean and Rice Chips and Kettle Tias! in Salsa Picante. But also, Wheat Thins.

What is your favorite cereal?
Cap'n Crunch. Or, if I'm trying to pretend like sugar doesn't exist, Quaker Oatmeal Squares.

What is your favorite candy?
Right now, it's Chocolate Decadence's Chocolate Pretzel Bar.

What is your favorite cookie?
I could eat Liz Lovely cookies until I died of cookie.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Gardein's Chick'n Tenders, Peanut Butter & Co.'s Cinnamon Raisin Swirl, and CalNaturale's Svelte drinks (especially the Cappuccino flavor, but really, I'll take whatever's on hand. On the island.)

Name a product you would like Veganized?
Brie. By the truckload.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
In SF, we are super-spoiled to have Rainbow Grocery. It's a freaking wonderland of delight.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Elizabeth!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Dan Hanley

Dan Hanley is the powerhouse behind the blog The Gay Vegans and the non-profit pop-up Vegan accessory shop Cruelty-Free World. Dan was recently mentioned in "The Man Issue" of VegNews, which celebrated Vegan men. Along with his husband Mike, Dan is a dog lover and they foster as much as they can. And if that isn't enough, I have to mention that Dan was an organizer for the 2008 Denver Veg Fest, which I think was one of the best Veg Fests ever. It changed my life and I'm eternally grateful. But enough about that, what kind of cereal does Dan like?

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
Dr. Praeger's California Veggie Burgers.

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
Amy's Vegan Mac N Cheese. (to say it's my favorite frozen dinner is an understatement)

What is your favorite ice cream?
Good Karma's Organic Rice Divine Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Whole Foods 365 round cracker.

What is your favorite cereal?
Barbara's Peanut Butter Puffins.

What is your favorite candy?
Sweet and Sara's Peanut Butter S'mores.

What is your favorite cookie?
Eat Pastry Chocolate Chip. If that's not considered pre-packaged (since you have to bake them) then I would say Uncle Eddies Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Amy's Vegan Mac N Cheese, Daiya Cheddar Shreds and Evol's Tofu and Spinach Burritos.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
I can't think of one. It's a good time to be a Vegan!

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
Our local Whole Foods. (Belmar in Lakewood)

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Dan!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Leigh Saluzzi

Leigh Saluzzi is the co-owner Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe. Founded in 2005 with her husband Ken, Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe is one of the largest Vegan online stores in the world. From non-leather wallets to gelatin-free gummi worms, Cosmo's has everything a Vegan could want. So it's natural that Leigh has the inside scoop on the best of the best. What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
I'm really into the Dr. Praeger's California Veggie Burgers. It's the only time I knowingly eat peas!

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
I don't usually like frozen meals very much, but I recently tried the Candle Cafe Ravioli and they were crazy good.

What is your favorite ice cream?
Ooh, I love so many vegan ice creams. Maybe the Coconut Bliss Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge could be my favorite.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Kookie Karma Cheezy Kale Krackers. Even though I hate that they spell crackers with a K. Also, they aren't really crackers. But they are delicious!

What is your favorite cereal?
Kashi Strawberry Fields. Until a good vegan version of Cap'n Crunch comes out, anyway.

What is your favorite candy?
Go Max Go candy bars find their way into my mouth a little too often. But I do work around them all day. The Twilight bar is fantastic.

What is your favorite cookie?
Liz Lovely Cowgirl Cookie, no contest. Best packaged cookie in the history of cookies.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Could I cook on the island? If so, send me with Daiya. Melted Daiya could make any survival food more tolerable. Field Roast Frankfurters. In fact, just send me with a Field Roast variety pack. I love all of their stuff. And I could melt the Daiya all over them. Then, Tofutti Cream Cheese. Wait- are there bagels on this island? Surely there are bagels.

Name a product you would like Veganized? Cinnamon Rolls in a can, like Pillsbury with the little icing tub. Also peanut butter baking chips. Why do those not exist?

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
Our store is pretty cool, Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe. We also love the folks at Herbivore Clothing and Food Fight Grocery.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Leigh!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Quarrygirl

Quarrygirl is the creator of the recently retired Quarrygirl.com. QG provided an amazing blog and restaurant guide for the Los Angeles area and beyond. When I started having the idea for Vegan Omaha, Quarrygirl.com was a huge inspiration. While QG is no longer actively blogging, the blog archives can be found here. Also, she's still spreading the good word via Twitter.

So pour a lil' almond milk to the ground for Quarrygirl and check out her favorite Vegan convenience foods!

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
I really don't do veggie burgers at home very often, but when I do, I'm all about the original vegan Boca Burgers in bulk from Costco. They're super cheap, they taste decent, they're easy to make, and they only have like 100 calories in them? How is that even possible?

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
Pretty much anything made by Amy's. My all time favorite is actually a breakfast---does that count? It's the Tofu Scramble with Hash Browns and Vegetables.

What is your favorite ice cream?
Lula's in NYC, no question. But if it must be store bought, better pecan by Tofutti! I'm old school.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Jalapeno Heat Dirty Chips. I got introduced to these at Ike's Place in San Francisco, and I haven't tried anything better since.

What is your favorite cereal?
I honestly haven't eaten cereal in years, and I don't have a favorite. I prefer my breakfasts heated!

What is your favorite candy?
For chocolate based candy, Justin's Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. For non chocolate, Gummy Summer Peaches by Goody Good Stuff!

What is your favorite cookie?
Alternative Baking Company. Any flavor, any day of the week.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Can we pretend I have hot water or a microwave on the island? McDougall Chicken Flavor Ramen---I could eat that forever and never get sick of it. I'd also take some Secret Aardvark habanero sauce because I'm a capsicum addict. And of course, my favorite vegan product, Food For Lovers queso to drink by the jar…and pour into my ramen.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
You know that pancake stuff at the supermarket that comes in a spray can? I want them to veganize THAT. When that gets veganized, I know we've arrived.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
In LA, I love Locali and Figueroa Produce. Online, I'm all about Food Fight and Vegan Essentials.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Quarrygirl!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Jason Das

Jason Das is a Vegan renaissance man. He makes art, he makes music and he makes it easy to be Vegan in NYC. Jason was a founder SuperVegan in the mid-2000s. In case you don't know, SuperVegan is like a Vegan Yelp for the entire city and beyond. He is also a founder of Vegan Drinks, which is a monthly event where Vegans can socialize, network and, uh, drink! I was lucky enough to meet Jason at Vida Vegan Con, where I found out he enjoys the brilliance of the Pet Shop Boys (as I do). Now Jason is here to answer the 10 most pressing questions on every Vegan's mind!

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
Garden Herb flavor Sunshine Burgers. (For meat analog, Morningstar Grillers are the best I've had.)

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
Amy's Mac & Cheeze. Without this stuff I wouldn't even have an answer for this question.

What is your favorite ice cream?
Double Rainbow does the best straight-up ice cream. I'm also a sucker for the So Delicious crazy flavors (like Turtle Tracks and Peanut Butter Zig Zag). I still vastly prefer soy-based ice cream to coconut or nut-based.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Tings, mon.

What is your favorite cereal?
Kashi's Grape Nuts rip-off, "7 Whole Grain Nuggets". I liked them even more when they used to be called "7 in the Morning", which is possibly the worst product name ever.

What is your favorite candy?
If it counts, dark chocolate, the higher the cocoa percentage the better. If that's not candy enough, Sour Patch Kids, though in my old age I can't make it through a pack without passing out from sugar exhaustion.

What is your favorite cookie?
Whole Foods Chocolate Chip. For packaged, Liz Lovely Cowboy Cookies.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Apricot Clif Bars, Chocolate Peanut Butter Clif Bars, and Hickory Smoked Primal Strips.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
Whipping cream, hand-beatable and unsweetened like the dairy kind.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
I pretty much only shop at the Park Slope Food Coop.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Jason!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Lauren Marie

For this month's Laziest Vegans Top Ten I'm keeping it in the family, so to speak. Lauren Marie and I met on January 18, 2008 at my first Vegan Omaha Meetup. Lauren, Jessie "I love to jump out of planes" Schnieder and I rounded out the awesome attendance of three. As I was talking with my new Vegan friends, Lauren mentioned that she knew a certain Isa Chandra Moskowitz. Well you can say the rest is history and I have quite a bit of gratitude for Lauren.

You should follow Lauren at her blog Whoa Wren because she knows what Vegans like. At Vida Vegan Con, Lauren had some amazing presentations, one of them being about Small Town Vegans. Also Lauren recently relocated to Denver and is already kicking butt with Abbie Ray Harris at Vegan Coloradical. Oh, and she is the biggest Hanson fan in the world! But what kind of candy does she like?

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
Veggie burgers aren't really my jam. Give me Gardein chicken tenders over a veggie burger any day!

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
I love love love Amy's vegan mac and cheese, it is compact portion of creamy deliciousness!

What is your favorite ice cream?
Nada Moo's mint chip owns my heart.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
My favorite crackers, hands down, are the Eco-Planet vegan cheddar crackers.

What is your favorite cereal?
The fake, vegan frosted mini-wheats from Whole Foods. I can't even trust myself with buying my own box.

What is your favorite candy?
Sour Patch Kids 4ever.

What is your favorite cookie?
My favorite cookies are the black and white cookies from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar, when my mom makes them.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
1) Any hot sauce but Tabasco
2) Chocolate Booty
3) An endless supply of Amy's tofu scramble wraps

Name a product you would like Veganized?
Bonne Belle Lipsmackers in Dr Pepper or Pink Lemonade. Was this supposed to be a food? I want easily accessible vegan chapstick!

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
I love Cosmo's and Food Fight for food (and chapstick) and Herbivore for comfy, sassy clothing.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Lauren!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Laura Beck

Laura Beck is the spitfire behind Vegansaurus, the Bay Area based Vegan super blog. When she's not running the streets with the magical pink dinosaur, Laura also writes for VegNews, The Huffington Post and SF Weekly. I was honored to meet Laura last month at Vida Vegan Con where she gave the opening address. It goes without saying that she is super nice in person and I can't wait to visit her the next time I go to see my beloved Oakland A's. So now I bring you the one and only Laura Beck!

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
Boca burgers are pretty much my first, my last, my everything. The new Gardein burger tastes JUST like a bb, it's true.

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
Amy's frozen breakfast burrito topped with guacamole and salsa.

What is your favorite ice cream?
So Delicious Coconut Turtle Trails.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Kettle Brand Tias in Salsa Picante. They're vegan Doritos!!

What is your favorite cereal?
Kix and/or Wheatabix. I say and/or because they're really good mixed up with some frozen berries and almond milk. I'm fancy.

What is your favorite candy?
I'm recently into Sjaak's Eli bars. HOLY CRAP, they are magical. They taste like good quality versions of delicious junky candy bars. Also, I love those boom CHOCO boom rice milk bars
because they taste like really cheap waxy milk chocolate, and I used to love that stuff. Screw Godiva, get me a Palmer's Chocolate Easter Bunny and I'm in heaven. If someone makes a vegan version of that, I will buy a million. Or at least ten.

What is your favorite cookie?
I love Liz Lovely everything, because you're eating cookie dough but it's in cookie form! Genius! I also love Eat Pastry cookie dough in all flavors, and the vegan chocolate chip cookies at Trader Joe's. I think they're actually Uncle Eddie's maybe?? Anyway, they taste like chewy Chips Ahoy. So good!

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
It really depends on where the island is and if they have fruit bearing trees and kale sprouting from the sand and shit. Okay, probably not. If I could REALLY choose, I'd take veganized Twinkies, Ho Ho's, and Ding Dong's. I am not going down skinny! Since that's probably cheating, I'll say Follow Your Heart Mozzarella (I really like that stuff, not to melt, but to cut up and eat on crackers, so good!), Uh, I guess crackers then, probably Dr. Krackers, and... Nacheez. It's my current infatuation.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
I'd love to be able to go to Denny's and get pie. Preferably Coconut Cream or Lemon Meringue, but I'd be happy with pretty much any kind... just to have pie availability at 3 a.m. would be the best ever.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
Rainbow Grocery, Berkeley Bowl, Whole Foods, Food Fight Grocery, and Vegan Essentials. And Natural Candy Store! CANDY.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Laura!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Sara Sohn

Sara Sohn is the genius behind the Vegan marshmallow company Sweet & Sara. She has been making Vegans happy since 2005 with some of the most delicious and decadent desserts out there, from her peanut butter smore to her rice crispy treat. Vegan since 13, Sara set out to fill the Vegan marshmallow void. Taking over a year to get the perfect recipe, she unleashed her marshmallows unto the public. Now Sara shares with us her favorite Vegan goodies (besides her own of course!). It is with extreme pleasure that I bring you Sara Sohn!

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
Not into veggie burgers too much but if Boca is grilled right it can be pretty darn good. I'm more of Chik'n burger kinda gal – the Boca Chik'n patties are awesome.

What is your favorite frozen dinner?
I used to live on Celentano Eggplant Rollettes but I think those don’t exist anymore but who cares because Tofurky Pizza is where it’s at. I cried when I first had one. Mmm

What is your favorite ice cream?
There’s nothing like Lula’s. I've trekked through blizzards, braved horrendous rainstorms, and endured blistering heat waves just to get my ice cream fix, no joke – it’s one of the happiest places on Earth. I'm there every Friday – see you there? When I cant get to Lula’s, I go for Purely Decadent coconut based Vanilla or Turtle Trails – near perfection.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Oh man, I'm a sucker for chips. Wanna be my bestie? Get me a bag of Lays BBQ chips or Tings. EcoPlanet “cheddar” crackers are crazy dangerous, I've eaten an entire box in one sitting and then eyed the other one.

What is your favorite cereal?
Peanut Butter Panda Puffs + Gorilla Munch + almond milk =breakfast of chimpions. I mean champions.

What is your favorite candy?
Besides Sweet & Sara vegan marshmallow goodness? Go Max’s Peanut Butter Cleos, Eli’s butterfingers, and Skittles, now that they’re gelatin free!

What is your favorite cookie?
Not too exciting but I think Whole Foods makes the best chocolate chip cookie ever. And Im obsessed with the Q-bel chocolate hazelnut wafer cookies.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Alright, here we go. Guacamole. Justin’s Chocolate Hazelnut butter. Tofurky’s Hickory Smoked Turkey Deli Slices.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
Spam – I know, so nasty but I loved spam! I miss omelettes too. I also haven’t had a good white chocolate bar.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
Food Fight Grocery, Vegan Essentials, Cosmos Vegan Shoppe, and Pangea for online shopping and Lifethyme + Whole Foods for local shopping.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Sara!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Moby

Back in 1996 I bought Everything is Wrong by Moby. As I read the liner notes, I had my first taste of what a Vegan was. Although I didn't go Vegan till 7 years later, those liner notes have stuck with me as one of my ah-ha moments. I will always credit Moby for getting 17 year-old John to start questioning some of the ideas I grew up with.

Fast forward 15 years and 7 albums, Moby is a legend. Yes, he has sold tons of albums and toured the world but he has also contributed time and money to countless charities. His newest album & accompanying book is called Destroyed. Moby describes the album as "broken down melodic electronic music for empty cities at 2 am". The book is a collection of photos Moby took while dealing with insomnia on tour.

And ok, I tried my best to not to go all fanboy and blab about how he autographed my Animal Rights CD in 2000 or how I made Melisser Elliott introduce me to him at her book signing last fall, but I fail! Now without further ado, Moby!

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
i don't remember, sadly. it was wheat gluten based and it was amazing but it doesn't exist anymore and i don't remember what it was called. but it was the best. sniff. i miss it.

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
amy's enchilada dinner. it's pretty flawless.

What is your favorite ice cream?
it's soy delicious awesome chocolate. terrible, terrible name, not even sure if it's supposed to be a pun. but amazing ice cream.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
garden of eatin pico de gallo. again, a flawless piece of vegan junk food.

What is your favorite cereal?
i think they're called peanut butter poppers? sounds sort of like amyl nitrate. but no, it's an amazing cereal.

What is your favorite candy?
gnosis raw chocolate. absurdly expensive but completely worth the price.

What is your favorite cookie?
babycakes. well, anything babycakes. they can do no wrong.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
the awesome chocolate ice cream if it somehow didn't melt. amys vegan enchiladas if i had an island microwave. a box of babycakes mini cupcakes.

Name a product you would like Veganized?
humans.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
i live in l.a. now, so 99% of the time i shop at whole foods, although the nature mart in los feliz is pretty good and old skool and reminds me of health food stores in the 70's.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Moby!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Bianca Phillips

Bianca Phillips is the creator of the amazing blog Vegan Crunk, where her love of the Dirty South shines through. On any given day you might see a recipe for Vegan Deviled Eggs, the latest review of a Memphis restaurant or the spotlight on new Vegan convenience foods. When Bianca isn't blogging, she's writing for the Memphis Flyer, specializing in LGBT, progressive and environmental issues. I've never met Bianca personally, but that will change in August when she joins me at Vida Vegan Con in Portland, Oregon. And last but not least, Bianca has an adorable cat named Gelfling. So now it's time to get Crunk, go Bianca!

What is your favorite store-bought veggie burger?
Hard decision, but definitely one of the Amy's frozen patty flavors. I love the Texas Barbecue, but the Quarter Pounders are mighty satisfying. I'm also a fan of the taste of the Soyboy Okara Courage Burgers, but the patties are little too small for my monster appetite.

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
Hands down, the Amy's Vegan Macaroni & Cheese! I love homemade vegan mac & cheese, but no homemade version can top the frozen Amy's mac. It's made with ungodly amounts of Daiya cheddar, so it's uber-creamy. If I made mac with Daiya at home, I think I'd be nervous about using as much as the Amy's folks do because it's a total calorie bomb. But when Amy's does it for me, I feel like it's out of my hands and I'm free to pig out.

What is your favorite ice cream?
I'm a big fan of Turtle Mountain's Purely Decadent Turtle Trails, a vanilla soy cream with a caramel ribbon and chocolate-coated pralines. Also love, love, love Tofutti Cuties in any flavor.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Eco-Planet Vegan Cheddar Crackers totally rule my world!! Also, Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos are a very guilty pleasure! I can eat a whole bag in one sitting.

What is your favorite cereal?
You know, I don't think I really have a favorite cereal. I buy a different brand and flavor every time, so I won't get bored. But the Whole Foods brand of cocoa puffs and anything by Barbara's Bakery are pretty awesome.

What is your favorite candy?
For chocolate, that would have to be Sjaak's Organic Peanut Butter Bites. They're like mini vegan pb cups. OMG! And for fruity candy, I'm a diehard fan of both Sour Patch Kids and the new vegan Skittles.

What is your favorite cookie?
Liz Lovely Cowboy Cookies are an all-time fave! But I also love Uncle Eddie's Vegan Cookies!

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
A package of Daiya mozzarella shreds (which I would totally eat with my hands, cold and straight out of the bag), a jar of Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful, and a bag of Kookie Karma Cheesy Kale Krackers (best kale chips ever!)

Name a product you would like Veganized?
I really wish someone would invent vegan sour cream & onion potato chips! And vegan ranch tortilla chips!

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
I alternate my orders from Food Fight, Vegan Essentials, and Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe. Locally, only the Memphis Whole Foods has a good vegan product selection, so I shop there.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Bianca!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Melisser Elliott

This month's Laziest Vegans Top Ten shines the spotlight on Vegan luminary Melisser Elliott. Melisser is the author of The Vegan Girl's Guide to Life, creator of the blog The Urban Housewife and the face behind the website Cruelty Free Face. Recently she even found the time to create a Twitter account specifically for Vegan questions called Vegan Answers. And last but not least, Melisser is from the Bay Area and her Dad loves the Oakland A's. Oh, and she worships Morrissey. Now that's my kind of bio! Without further ado...I present you Melisser Elliott.

What is your favorite veggie burger?
I'm not much of a veggie burger gal, although the new Gardein burger is good. I'd rather eat the Crispy Tenders! I was a tester for Joni Marie Newman's "The Best Veggie Burgers on the Planet", so that ruined most store bought options.

What is you favorite frozen dinner?
I can get down with an Amy's Tamale Pie.. but I suppose the answer would be Gardein Crispy Tenders with some dipping sauce like spicy mustard.

What is your favorite ice cream?
Anything from Lula's Sweet Apothecary, Tempt Vanilla Bean, Temptation Cookie Dough, or Limetta Eis from Tanne B in Berlin. Ice cream is my favorite food.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?
Mr. Krispers Sea Salt and Pepper Rice Crisps, they're always gone in one sitting. Trader Joe's Wheat Crisps and EcoPlanet Vegan Cheddar Crackers are great as well.

What is your favorite cereal?
Flax Plus, I know, not that exciting, but I miss it here in Europe. We do have vegan Cinnamon Toast Crunch though, called CinnaMinis, no added D3!

What is your favorite candy?
Manner Schnitten!! I can DEVOUR these. I'm also not afraid to throw down on a Go Max Go Jokerz bar!

What is your favorite cookie?
I think I'm going to have to go Uncle Eddie's Chocolate Chip, if I have to pick one, or maybe, Candy Cane Joe Joe's. I prefer to make my own!

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island?
Tortillas, Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus, and Pineapple Salsa; to eat together, of course! Can I have some fire to warm it up too?

Name a product you would like Veganized?
I would say Peeps, but Dandies made that happen! How about Angel Food Cake, the gnarly kind you buy at the supermarket that sticks to the sides of the plastic tub.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?
Veganz supermarket in Berlin is the mecca of all things vegan and delicious. Online, I appreciate that Vegan Essentials ships overseas. My fave American shops are Food Fight and Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe though!

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Melisser!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Gary Loewenthal

Gary Loewenthal is the central brain behind the Worldwide Vegan Bake Sale. The WVBS is a Vegan bake sale hosted by different groups all over the world, occurring between April 23rd to May 1st. In the first two years, the WVBS has donated $65,000 to different charities. Gary is also behind the non-profit Compassion For Animals. From Veganizing recipes on popular non-Vegan foodie websites, to doing good old fashioned vegan outreach on the streets of Virginia, Gary is a tireless advocate of Vegan food activism (and bunny rabbits!) But what kind of frozen dinner does he like?

What is your favorite veggie burger?
Any vegan burger from a burger joint that has a veggie option. The ready-made ones in the deli section of Whole Foods. I fear they're tasty because they're full of oil. Can I put in a plug for homemade veggie burgers? They're way under-promoted IMHO, and suitable for lazy cooks. Basically you mix everything together in a bowl, shape them into patties, then fry, bake, or broil them. There's a huge variety of recipes online and in cookbooks, so you're almost guaranteed to find one or three that you think are delicious.

What is you favorite frozen dinner? My wife and I probably rely a little too much on frozen Boca Chik'n Patties and Nuggets. But they're so handy! You can serve them open-face, on a bun, with barbecue sauce or secret sauce (Veganaise and Dijon mustard), topped with lettuce, tomato, and red onion, you can chop them up and put them on top of a salad - and much more!

What is your favorite ice cream?Purely Decadent with Coconut Milk - it's so rich and creamy!

What is your favorite chip or cracker?I know this is pedestrian, but I keep coming back to Saltines. Maybe it's because they're so neutral. Peanut butter, non-tuna salad, and everything else goes great with them. I like other flavors though, and buy them randomly.

For chips – Kettle brand; they’re so crispy! Addictive, too!

What is your favorite cereal?I like them all – I’m a cereal enthusiast! Various varieties of Bare Naked Granola are current favorites, but it changes over time. I find a midnight snack of Grape Nuts after a stressful day to be very grounding.

What is your favorite candy? The Go Max Go candy bars are rock stars, but I also like any bar that’s dark chocolate mixed with some other flavor – mint, lavender, raspberry, doesn’t matter – and dark chocolate assortments like you get in a gift package; those are fun.

What is your favorite cookie?I love anything homemade or bakery-made, but I haven’t found one packaged vegan cookie that I like. Friends say “You’ve got to try [fill in the blank], they’re so good!” And I try them and I’m like “eh.” For me, the gap between store-bought and homemade is huge. Possibly that was a subconscious reason for starting the Worldwide Vegan Bake Sale – I wanted the public to see how good vegan cookies and other baked delights could be.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island? After I built my water purifier, I would want organic peanut butter, whole wheat matzoh, and mandarin oranges.

Name a product you would like Veganized?Girl Scout cookies – all flavors. Imagine if every March, all the tables selling Girl Scout cookies outside grocery stores were totally vegan. What a great run-up that would be to the Worldwide Vegan Bake Sale!

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products?I’m biased toward Cosmo’s Vegan Shoppe and Food Fight! Grocery because I’ve been to the stores and met the owners and they’re awesome! For things like shoes where I have to shop in person, it’s Pangea in Rockville, Maryland. Shout-out to all vegan stores everywhere, many of which have hosted bake sales!

I love supporting all local businesses that add vegan products. And an all-vegan Loving Hut restaurant just opened about a mile from my house, so I‘ll probably be a regular for life.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten. Thanks Gary!

The Laziest Vegans Top Ten Asks Annie Shannon

It's time for the March edition of The Laziest Vegans Top Ten! I've asked Annie Shannon from the wildly successful Meet The Shannons to share with the world her favorite prepackaged Vegan convenience foods. When Annie is not converting Betty Crocker classics into Vegan form, she is helping protect our furry friends at In Defense of Animals. A fan of The Laziest Vegans from the get-go and a fellow Star Wars nerd, it is my pleasure to present Annie Shannon!

What is your favorite veggie burger?
I have to admit we eat more than our share of Boca burgers cooked in Braggs Amino Acid, Liquid Smoke and olive oil. I know we've all been eating them for years so that's not too exciting but we've even been experimenting with the ol' flavor injector and A-1 sauce to make them new again. On nights when we have more time - we love making our own seasoned patties using Match Vegan Meats.

What is you favorite frozen dinner? We love Tofutti Pan Crust Pizza Pizzazs. We put a few toppings on them and it's a fast easy dinner that pretty much takes you back to those french bread pizzas we all had at sleep overs when were kids. The Tofurky pizzas are good too but not as large. Size matters around here. ( Does that sound dirty?)

What is your favorite ice cream? This might be one of the hardest questions I have ever answered. I mean is there bad vegan ice cream? Peanut Butter Tofutti Cuties are priceless. I'm also tempted to go with Turtle Mountain's Purely Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl or Cookie Dough but recently I have fallen in love their Coconut ice cream with our homemade caramel sauce over the top and peanuts.

What is your favorite chip or cracker?Nevermind this is the hardest. It's kinda a tie between Eco-Planet Non-Dairy Organic Cheddar Crackers (they're like vegan cheddar Goldfish crackers) and these Rosemary crackers they sell at Whole Foods. If we have any Smoked Cheddar Sheese - those rosemary crackers are in trouble.

What is your favorite cereal?Pretty much anything vegan that makes my almond milk chocolaty is cool with me.

What is your favorite candy?Peanut Chews. Sorry Chic-o-Sticks - you're lovely but this one was easy.

What is your favorite cookie? We really love Uncle Eddies Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. They're really committed to supporting sustainable agriculture by using organic and fairly traded ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging so it makes me feel good about eating a bag of cookies for breakfast.

What three pre-packaged food items would you take to a desert island? After much debate with the Mr. - The Official Shannon Desert Island List :
Naked Juice's Blue Machines
Sweet & Sara Vegan Rice Crispy Treats
Kettle Potato Chips - Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper ( though one can dream a crate of Tings and Luna Bars would wash up from time to time)

Name a product you would like Veganized?Ya know if you has asked me this a few years ago - I would have said Pepperidge Farm Goldfish crackers and marshmallows but now there are amazing vegan marshmallows and the Eco-Planet cheddar crackers. There's a company named Sjaak that even makes a peanut butter cup that would put Reese's to shame. So I might have to go with Snickers bars or Sea Salt & Vinegar Chips. I'm not sure why that flavor of chips aren't always vegan but it's rare to find a brand that is. I often find Dill Pickle chips in places like Seattle and Boston that are vegan and pretty much wonderful in the same way. Also - Peanut Chews are pretty close to Snickers... So let's go with fish sticks.

What are your favorite local and/or online stores for Vegan products? We rely on Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe in Atlanta and Food Fight! Grocery in Portland and of course May Wah to get our hard to find mock meats - like vegan "shrimp balls". Sounds ridiculously gross but super good.

And that concludes The Laziest Vegans Top Ten! Thanks Annie!
