At first taste I noticed that the spices in this Organic Soy Nog are very pronounced. You'll know right away you are drinking nog. The next thing I noticed is how thin it is. This is just a preference but I like my nog thicker, however that didn't stop me from downing the whole carton in one day.
It's been a year since I've had the Silk Nog for comparison so I can't say which soy nog is the best. Honestly, you should try all of the nogs and tell me what you think. Opinions are like...
Over all I enjoyed it and I'm happy to see another Vegan nog out there!
I've not seen this in our stores here yet, but I can't wait to try it!!! I love Earth Balance everything.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure it's lovely but I blanch everytime I think about drinking something made by a vegan butter company...bluch.
ReplyDeleteI will have to give this a try!
ReplyDeleteWow, I found this to be WAY creamier than the Silk (I had both and did a taste test - yes, I'm a nerd!). I think Silk's flavor still wins, though.
ReplyDeleteWe had a taste test for three vegan nogs at our local co-op (EB, Silk, and So Delicious). The winner was So Delicious. Hands or lips down. I love that we have so many options now! When I went vegan we had to make our own nog or go without. It renews my faith in humankind. :-)
