The first thing I will say about these bars is that I hope you like coconut!
Coconut Bliss is one of those brands I've been meaning to try forever but have never got around to it. The Organic Coconut Bliss
Naked Coconut Bars appeared at my Whole Foods one day and I took the leap. I'm not one to turn my back from an ice cream bar!
The bar is pretty firm at first, but give it a couple minutes to soften up. Once it has thawed up a little, it is a coconut lovers dream. Super creamy vanilla flavor with coconut decadence! I enjoyed the amount of shredded coconut mixed with the coconut milk and the other ingredients. So if you are partial to coconut these are the ice cream bars for you.
