The Laziest Vegans in the World started as a joke Facebook group. I started cooking for the first time in my life last year but I didn't want to forget about my glorious Vegan prepackaged food days. I mean really, if not for Amy's frozen dinners I might not be here right now. So while I don't hammer out the Amy's enchiladas like I used too, I will pick up a new Vegan item to peep it. Every time I go to Whole Foods there seems to be something I've never had before. Also I travel a lot so I can try regional Vegan items and hard to find stuff. I think this will be fun!
